Man, it was HOT today.
I trained in the backyard as usual and as soon as I finished my warm-up I looked like an oiled bodybuilder ready to take the stage.
1a) Ab Wheel x 10
1b) KB Tricep Extension x 10 @ 20kg
1c) Reverse Ab Curl x 10 w/4kg resistance
2) KB “The One” with double 24s
3) KB Towel Bicep Curl 2 x 12
No training music today because I needed my iPhone as a timer.
After training, I rode my bike to go pick up AJ (with her bike in tow as well) and then we rode down to Chipotle to have dinner. ?Rozanne and the kids are away until tomorrow (Wednesday), so I’ve been a bit lazy not having to cook for 7 people as usual.
Tomorrow, I’m contemplating whether or not I should train. ?I’ll be in all-day meetings from Thursday to Saturday and so I’m not sure how much time I’ll have to get my workouts in because I HATE lifting in the early morning and late at night.
