In 2014 I created The #AlphaDAD Project.

It was an initiative to inspire the Modern Day Family Man to live a healthy life and inspire such a life within his family.

The #AlphaDAD Project isn’t just about fitness or strength.

It was about living a life that we’d be proud of.

It was about showing our kids that we eat the right foods to take care our bodies.

It was about treating our partners with love and respect knowing that our kids were always watching and that they would model that same behaviour in their lives later on.

It focused on living an impactful life and engrossed a Philosophy that was similar to the way that I lived my life…

And with that Philosophy, an Ethos evolved.
