  1. Doing this on my phone from an airport, but for clarity and to tie this calendar to the next phase, numbering the sessions in the calendar may be helpful. I went back and forth a couple of times to tie it up. That said, i?m old, wear glasses and have a small phone, so it may not be an issue for others…

    • Hey Daniel – Same thing I told Gary… we’re trying to focus on balancing our strength on both sides. What about a rear foot elevated split squat (bulgarian split squat). I can film a video for that if you like. -Chris
