Andrew! So great that you’re here, my friend. Last I remember you were living your dream raising beef cattle. How are you, my friend? How are the boys? Getting bigger, I assume… you’ve got some farm hands now!
There doesn’t appear to be any modules accessible for the Foundation Program. Please advise the best place to start. I have been using kettlebells for a number of years, though the last 2 years i haven’t trained much. I allowed life to get the better of me.
