  1. Hi Chris. In warm up circuit I will do:
    10 deadbugs (alternating)
    1 getup on the right
    1 SLD on the right

    10 deadbugs (alternating)
    1 getup on the left
    1 SLD on the left

    and so on
    is it right?

  2. Now I realize that the A/B schedule is included with the numbering of the workouts

    Workout A: the odd numbers.
    Workout B : the even numbers

    it was a misunderstanding
