Can you suggest an alternative exercise for the Leopard Crawl? Worn cartilage in my knees makes this very painful. The standing cross crawl does not cause any pain.
Hey Dave – actually, I would do DeadBugs. The beauty with Leopard Crawls is that you can really work your abs in the “X”. You can get the same effect from DeadBugs because of the horizontal position… not so much with standing cross crawls.
Is this read as swings/steps per side on crawl?
So 3 swings/6 steps crawl per side??
Yes… alternating minutes.
It’s not 6 steps per side but 6 total. That means 3 per side
Loaded carry complex must be done once per side?

This feels like a very “light” workout – the crawls seem easy. I guess this is right?
Yessir, that’s correct. How heavy of a kettlebell are you using?
Same one as for the lifting, a 24kg, which is about a 4RM on military press. It’s also the heaviest kettlebell I have.
