Hi Alastair – 3 is ideal for me. If I have too many and don’t accomplish them, psychologically it ends up weighing on me. So I’d rather have less and if I can do more, then it’s a bonus.
The key is finding that ONE THING such that if you were to finish it you would feel accomplished for the rest of the day.
