Remember, today is the last day to grab this program and the 2 other EXCLUSIVE Bonuses for the 2009 FitAndBusyDad Promo!? These 3 bonuses (The Kettlebell Crusher, The FitAndBusyDad 300 and the REAL Food For REAL Dads Meal Plans) go back in the vault at midnight tonight.
Looks like a great workout Chris. Any recommendations on where to get a kettlebell at a decent price, that is the only major thing I’m missing from my home workouts. I’ve looked on the internet, but shipping is really expensive for all the sites that I have found. Thanks!
Hey Chris, thanks for the video. For father’s day I got a 20kg KB and I’m excited about starting the “Crusher” program next week or the week after. Looks like an awesome program!
@Scott – Great stuff, man. Nothing says “I appreciate you, Dad” like a 20kg kettlebell. Let me know how the program works out for you…also, I got your email and will respond to it this afternoon.
Yeah, I was pretty happy with the gift as well. I had to hold off on starting the program because of my shoulder injury (thanks again for your advice on that). I’m just now getting to where it doesn’t hurt to do stick-ups and a limited number of push-ups. Hopefully in another week or two I can manage that KB, and start this program…
One question, the Crusher pdf doesn’t list a quantity or time for the Hindu Push-ups. What should it be?

@Mike – Hey Mike! I’ve found kettlebells on craigslist before at a really great price.
I’ve made friends with the local CrossFit gym in my city as well and they usually carry kettlebells there.
KBs are really starting to become mainstream, so I’m sure you could find some at a local sporting goods store.
Come to think of it, the military has been using KBs for a long time now. Maybe a surplus store would have some too.
Hope that helps.
Chris
Hey, nice post, very well written. You should write more about this.
