No Equipment for this one – Just open space (or an airport).
4 exercises here done for 10 to 20 reps of each.
- Bird Dog x 10-20
- Forward Leopard crawl x 10-20
- Reverse Leopard crawl x 10-20
- Cross Crawl x 10-20
Loading Parameters (same rules as always)…
- 10-20 reps TOTAL (so 5-10 per side, alternating)
- Set your timer for 20 minutes and perform as many rounds as possible WITH PERFECT TECHNIQUE
- Rest as needed
