BCS 006 – Abs in the Airport

Blue Collar Session #006

Here’s a video that I filmed at LAX of this session…

No Equipment for this one – Just open space (or an airport).

4 exercises here done for 10 to 20 reps of each.

  1. Bird Dog x 10-20
  2. Forward Leopard crawl x 10-20
  3. Reverse Leopard crawl x 10-20
  4. Cross Crawl x 10-20

Loading Parameters (same rules as always)…

  • 10-20 reps TOTAL (so 5-10 per side, alternating)
  • Set your timer for 20 minutes and perform as many rounds as possible WITH PERFECT TECHNIQUE
  • Rest as needed
