I get in my own head sometimes.

Everyday, I battle feelings of self-doubt, lack of confidence and self-worth.
Every. Damn. Day.
But I’ve learned how to curb those feelings because, in the end, I’m actually quite blessed.
I shared this video with my OAFA Members a couple of months ago.
This is something that I’ve been practicing for years now to battle the feelings that I mentioned above.
It’s a daily practice that takes less than 3 minutes per day, but it’s practice that will put you in the right mindset to conquer all your obstacles in life.
