You will need a single *PRIME* kettlebell.
Set your timer for 20-minutes and perform the following either as a “CHAIN” *or as a “HYBRID”**.
(Snatch x 1, Overhead X Lunge x 1) x Ladders of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Perform 1 rung per arm before switching to the other arm.
(i.e. 1L/1R, 2L/2R, 3L/3R, 4L/4R, 5L/5R, 1L/1R, etc)
Rest as needed between rungs of ladders.
Snatch & Overhead X Lunge
*A “CHAIN” is a combination of exercises performed for a single rep one after the other.
For example… (Clean x 1, Press x 1, Squat x 1) x 5 means? Perform one clean, one press and one squat for five rounds
**A “HYBRID” is where you combine the 2 exercises into one. So for a “Snatch & Overhead X Lunge” you finish the snatch in a lunge position with the OPPOSITE leg forward.
