Really Good Coffee Recipe [VIDEO]

I don’t eat breakfast. ?I haven’t for almost 2 years now.

Why?

Well mainly, I’ve found that I’m more energetic, more productive and more alert when I don’t eat as opposed to when I do.

I’ve also read in many sources that the longer you’re able to increase the time between meals, the better it is for your health.

So instead of breakfast, I just have a cup of really good coffee.

Here’s a video that I filmed for you on how to make it.

If you’re interested in HOW and WHY I eat the way I do, then I suggest 2 resources:

First, if you want to know why – if you’re interested in the science of going longer between meals and how that positively affects many health factors, then I suggest you read Brad Pilon’s EatSTOPEat…

Secondly, if you’re interested in the HOW part of it all. ?What to eat – specifically – when and how to incorporate it into your training and life schedule, then you should also check out Jason Ferruggia’s The Renegade Diet…

You’re pretty much set with those 2 books.

  1. I gave up eating breakfast too cuz when I would eat bkfast, I would get sleepy and tired and hungry too. I don’t eat my first meal till well after lunch and I love it. I even work out on a fasted state and love it too! I get a better workout that way.

  2. I think the coffee recipe was invented by Dave Asprey, it’s called “Bulletproof Coffee”! How does someone get in touch with your “Farmer Brad”? Raw dairy and grass-fed butter is extremely difficult to find…
