I’m in a shuttle bus right now with my family on my way to San Jose (the major city in Costa Rica).
We are flying to San Francisco tomorrow to meet up with AJ (our 20 year old who is flying in from Barcelona) and then we’re driving Highway 1 all the way down to San Diego.
I have an event in SD next week with the likes of Craig Ballantyne, Brad Pilon, Jay Ferruggia and some other peeps. One guy I’m really looking forward to meeting is Tim Grover (he was Michael Jordan’s personal trainer and then ended up working with Kobe Bryant).

In this week’s video, I ask for a response from you…
I need to know if you need a Travel/Hotel Room specific series of workouts (ie a Travel Program).
With the holidays coming up and a lot of us going to visit family or if you consistently travel for work, it can sometimes be a challenge for us to maintain our strength & conditioning.
In fact, I got an email from member Alastair Rhodes asking specifically for these because he’s on his way to Thailand(!!!) in December with his family.
So what if I were to devise a Travel Series that you can use while you’re on the road?
These would be bodyweight-only sessions and would focus on strength, but also the maintenance of mobility and resilience.
Something that you can do EVERYDAY so that you can stick to the habit…
That will only last 15-20 minutes (including warm-up)…
And that will be BODYWEIGHT ONLY.

Also, this afternoon – when I get to the hotel – I will upload the PDFs for the programs at the bottom of the dashboard.
My intention has been to turn everything into a course (with an eventual link to download the PDF at the bottom), but it’s taking longer than expected to do that, so I’ll just make the PDFs available and then upload the courses as they are converted.

This would be a great option Chris. I travel 1-2 times per month for work, and the kettlebells are hard to carry in a suitcase.

Hi Barak – please go in and check the masterclass again. I’ve just reset access. You have to go through each module in sequence to get access to the next module.

Can I do the double kettlebell exercises if I don’t have a matching pair?
Another issue I found- the ‘nutrition’ tab does not let me enter -I get a message – you must be a member to enter , but I am a member
so something’s wrong
It’s not only in the ‘nutrition’ -you get the same message with all the tabs
looks like the content is not yet inputted
That would be a great option to have in the toolkit
